Tamika Curry

Tamika Curry Smith is a global HR and DEI executive who has led DEI at Arm, Ltd., Nike, Inc. Mercedes-Benz USA, Target Corporation, and Deloitte. She has also consulted with dozens of organizations, focusing on building high-performing teams, an inclusive environment, and DEI-enabled business results.

Tamika has shared her expertise as a speaker with the Conference Board, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the National Science Foundation.  She has also been featured in the New York Times Magazine, Black Enterprise, and DiversityInc.

Tamika serves on the Alumni Board of Governors at the Ross School of Business, as well as the Advisory Boards of SemperVirens Venture Capital and Talenya, Ltd. She also is an Advisor to Goldman Sachs’ Asset Management division. She has a BBA from the Ross School of Business and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Rajiv Desai

Rajiv Desai (He/Him) is a leader in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) space. He takes a global and enterprise-wide approach to DEI with a lens of impact and equity.

Through Chrysalis LLC, he helps smaller & mid-sized organizations initiate and grow their DEI work. Prior to Chrysalis, he served as Gartner’s first-ever leader of DEI & CSR. Before that, Rajiv advised senior DEI leaders at over 100 organizations through his role at CEB.

Rajiv holds a BSBA from the University of Pittsburgh and DEI certifications from Georgetown University & University of British Columbia.

Rajiv currently serves as the Board Chair for ORAM (Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration, which protects and empowers LGBTIQ asylum seekers and refugees globally).

Rajiv has lived in India, Spain, Mongolia, the UAE, and Belgium; and has traveled to over 65 countries, bringing a truly global perspective to his work. Rajiv currently resides in Berlin, Germany.

Jen Jaffe

Jen Jaffe is Chief People Officer for FIGS, a position she has held since June 2021. FIGS is a publicly traded, high-growth, direct-to-consumer healthcare apparel and lifestyle organization that celebrates, empowers, and serves current and future generations of healthcare professionals. In her current role, she leads the people team that drives culture, organizational & leadership development, talent acquisition, and total rewards strategy.

Over the past 19 years in human resources, Jaffe has held many diverse leadership roles in both small, entrepreneurial organizations, as well as large, global organizations. Most recently, she was Chief People Officer at El Pollo Loco. Prior to that role, Jen led human resources and informational technology at Too Faced Cosmetics, an Estée Lauder company.

Outside of FIGS, Jen has been an adjunct professor at Claremont Graduate University in master’s program in Human Resources since 2017. She’s also a board member for Girls Inc. Orange County.

Amit Mohindra

Amit Mohindra is the founder and CEO of People Analytics Success, helping organizations and individuals accelerate their success in people analytics through advisory, coaching, and education services. He has founded and scaled people analytics teams at Apple, McKesson, and Wayfair and has been an HR executive at Goldman Sachs and IBM.

Amit began his career investigating labor market outcomes for women as a World Bank research economist and has focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging analytics. Amit advises Semper Virens, a venture capital fund specializing in HR technology, and serves on several advisory boards.

Amit holds a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from USC, an AM in economics from Brown University, and BS and AB degrees in electrical engineering and economics from Lafayette College. He teaches people analytics at Stanford Continuing Studies. Amit lives with his family in Boston, MA.

Ron Storn

Ron Storn is the Chief People Officer at Booster, the next generation of last mile mobile energy for fleets, businesses, and consumers.

Most recently, Ron led the People function at Motive, a hyper growth startup on a mission to modernize the transportation industry, and his most notable People Leadership role at Lyft, growing the company from 80 to over 2,000+ employees . He has over 20 years of experience leading recruiting and human resource teams at Fortune 500 Companies including Facebook and Google.

In addition to finding opportunities to lead, strategize, and foster teams at the companies he works for, Ron can also be heard on podcasts, webinars, or at industry conferences speaking about the future of work and other key HR topics such as culture, growth, and inclusion. He also enjoys helping startups grow by advising young companies in the people tech space.
