Evaluating organizational processes from the lens of disability is one of the most powerful ways to expand an inclusive culture.

In this 60-minute training solely for Mathison partners, the group together expands the lenses of disability beyond the stereotypes and beyond the obvious - with opportunities for participants to share their own lived experiences with disability if they feel comfortable. Participants learn from each other and not just from the facilitator in this engaging and participatory session.
