With Custom Goals, you now have the flexibility to add your own unique initiatives to your Action Plan, ensuring that all your DEI objectives are seamlessly managed within the Mathison platform.

- Expanding Your DEI Horizon: Sometimes, your organization may have specific initiatives that fall outside the DEI goals we recommend.
