The Equity Index stage provides insight into how far the organization has progressed on its DEI journey. With this valuable information at hand, Group Leaders can quickly gauge DEI performance across multiple companies and identify areas for improvement.
- Action Plan Overview
Group Leaders can view their Group Members’ Action Plans and DEI goals.
Mathison's recommendation engine generates an Action Plan with tailored goals based on identified gaps and biases from the Equity Index. The Action Plan lets organizations effectively manage and track all their DEI goals, assign team Members for shared accountability, and sort goals by effort and impact. The aggregated view includes related status, priority, category, and resources, helping Group Leaders support DEI initiatives and facilitate strategic conversations for making progress.
- Relationship Creation
Group Leaders can facilitate co-learning opportunities and establish relationships between organizations with parallel or complimentary DEI strategies. This capability allows for seamless management of portfolio companies or subsidiaries, empowering Group Leaders to understand their Group Member's DEI journey and strategy actions in aggregate.
