Our 2021 Diversity Hiring Report is the first dedicated study on underrepresented job seekers. We assessed the barriers that exist in the hiring process, the viewpoints of job seekers and tactical ways that employers can create a more inclusive and empowering experience for all communities. This is the first of the annual study.
