In this training solely for Mathison partners, we’ll together deepen our understanding around how unconscious bias and microaggressions show up in the workplace - and what we can do about them, no matter what role we’re in. You will learn about common types of biases, how our brain works related to biases, how we can acknowledge and overcome our own barriers to growth, and how to take action when biases result in microaggressions in the workplace. You’ll leave with tangible action items and deeper self-awareness.
